Pilates and Barre


Pilates will help you stay connected with your body!  Pushing and pulling with the legs and arms against the resistance of springs will help you achieve long, strong muscles.  The apparatuses will assist you in achieving proper form, improved balance, stability, maximum strength gain, coordination and flexibility, all while increasing your range of motion.  You will release tension and reach a healthier state of body and muscle awareness while learning proper breathing techniques.

Barre is a low-impact total body workout set to upbeat music to help keep you motivated!  We utilize the ballet barre for balance and the yoga mat for floor work, performing small isometric movements aimed to lift the booty and tighten and tone the thighs, arms and abs.  Come burn fat and shred calories!
